At Nobody we're building infrastructure that makes the world's existing building stock better for the planet, people, and owners: energy-efficient and compliant on day one, futureproofed without rip-and-replace.

What Nobody does

Nobody builds the infrastructure layer that connects legacy building automation systems to modern cloud services, without ripping anything out. Our hardware (Isabel) sits at the edge. Our Independent Data Layer sits between the building and every service that needs its data.

We have large clients across the Nordics and are expanding across Europe. Backed by Icebreaker VC, Kiilto Ventures, and Norrsken, alongside a network of Nordic serial founders who took their companies to IPO.

Open the DACH market. Working with the founders and GTM team, you build the pipeline from the ground up and shape the regional playbook. Founders close the first deals; you own pipeline and relationships.

What you'll work on

Sourcing, developing, and qualifying opportunities across German-speaking asset managers, ESCOs, and engineering consultancies, and building the DACH GTM playbook.

Who fits

Native or fluent German; you’ve sold infrastructure, SaaS, or technical services into real estate, facilities, or energy; a consultative relationship-builder, early enough to shape the market entry rather than inherit it.

GTM Lead, Netherlands

Open the Netherlands market. Working with the founders and GTM team, you build the pipeline from the ground up and shape the local playbook. Founders close the first deals; you own pipeline and relationships.

Marketing & Automation Intern

Automation-first. We’re building marketing from scratch, so the question isn’t “why is this still manual?” It’s “why build for manual at all? Why hire for what a system can do?” You build the workflows that give the GTM team and founders leverage, run your own outreach, grow our online presence, and get your hands into everything marketing, from LinkedIn advertising to PR to fundraising support.

What you'll work on

Building automations across Claude, Zapier, Make or n8n, Notion, and our CRM; outreach; LinkedIn organic and paid; interfacing with PR agencies and industry influencers; fundraising support; AI-assisted content with a human-in-the-loop quality bar; self-running reporting; and search visibility from SEO foundations to AI search results.

Who fits

Strong English (company language); interest in everything marketing (mandatory); a builder’s instinct for systems over manual tasks; comfortable with Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make or n8n, and Notion; basic coding, SEO foundations, and social media know-how a plus; Barcelona-based or able to work on-premise.

CEO / Founder Associate Intern

Work directly with Tom, a serial founder who took a Nordic proptech from zero to US expansion and a NASDAQ-listed acquisition, on what moves the company: market expansion, GTM strategy, operations, fundraising, and investor relations. You own projects end-to-end, and you build the systems and automations that let a small team punch far above its weight.

What you'll work on

Building automations across Claude, Zapier, Notion, and our CRM; GTM research and testing; competitive intelligence; operational KPIs and process documentation; investor relationships and stakeholder materials; and fundraising from prep to closing.

Who fits

Strong English (company language); German, Dutch, or Swedish a genuine advantage; a builder’s instinct for systems over manual tasks; comfortable with Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, and Git; interest in startups, strategy, VC, or real estate (mandatory); Barcelona-based or able to work on-premise.
